The furniture is sent in boxes for self-assembly. It's packed in a multi-layered box and cushioned with thick Styrofoam. Inside the package, you will receive an instruction booklet which helps you put your furniture quickly and safely. When receiving the package from the courier always check the quality of the box in their presence. If the package looks damaged from the outside please check the inside for any broken parts. If any of the items are in fact broken or chipped please write down a damage protocol with the delivery man also inform us about what happened. This will let us resolve all the problems with the item as soon as possible
