"The furniture is sent in boxes for self-assembly. It is packed in multi-layered and protected with thick Styrofoam. Inside of the package, we attached an instruction booklet that helps you in assembling your furniture quickly and easily. While receiving your item from the courier, always check the quality of the box in their presence. If the package looks damaged from the outside, please check the inside for any broken parts. If any of the items are in fact broken or chipped, please write down a damage protocol with the delivery man and also inform us about what happened. This will let us resolve all the problems with the item as soon as possible."
