The furniture is sent in boxes for self assembly. Its packed in a multi layered box and cushioned with thick styrofome. In side the package you will receive an instruction booklet which helps you put your furniture quickly and safely. When receiving the package form the courier always check the quality of the box in his presence. If the package looks damaged from the out side please check the inside for any broken parts. If any of the items are in fact broken or chipped please write down a damage protocol with the delivery man also inform us about what happened. This will let us resolve all the problems with the item as soon as possible.
